2. SERVICE DETAILS

The service provided is participation in motorcycle tours organized throughout Turkey. Each tour’s itinerary, duration, included and excluded services are detailed on the relevant tour page of the website. By completing the purchase, the participant confirms they have read and accepted the tour content.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Tour prices vary depending on the chosen program. The total amount is shown clearly on the payment page. Payments can be made by credit card in one transaction or in installments if available. Extra charges (such as single accommodation fee, passenger cost, optional services) are specified on the tour page.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour start date will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 30 days, the terms of the contract apply. In case of tour cancellation (due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, etc.), the full amount paid is refunded without deduction.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The participant has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, according to distance sales regulations. If the tour is less than 14 days away, this right is no longer valid. Requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].

6. DELIVERY AND SERVICE EXECUTION

After payment, a confirmation e-mail with reservation and tour details will be sent. The tour begins on the announced date and follows the described itinerary.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

All feedback and complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Consumers can also apply to the local Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with Turkish consumer protection laws.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract outlines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the motorcycle tour purchased via www.advmania.com.tr.

3. DESCRIPTION AND DURATION OF SERVICE

The service includes participation in a motorcycle tour in Turkey on specific dates. The full itinerary, included/excluded services, and price are stated on the relevant tour page. The duration is limited to the announced start and end dates.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The total service fee is clearly stated on the website and may be paid in one installment or in available payment plans. Additional fees (e.g., single accommodation, passenger fee, optional insurance) are detailed in the tour description.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without penalty. If there are fewer than 14 days remaining before the tour starts, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Requests must be sent to [email protected] in writing.

6. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to deductions. If the tour is canceled by the Seller, a full refund will be issued. Participant changes are allowed with the Seller’s approval.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of natural disasters, war, pandemics, or similar force majeure events, the tour may be postponed or refunded.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of disputes, local Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in accordance with Turkish law.

9. VALIDITY

The Buyer agrees to this contract electronically and confirms having read and understood its contents.
